Organising our Father’s Day gourmet hampers has been a treat, now we’re also starting to Christmas prep!
It’s been a busy and exciting time and already we are completing some Christmas orders. Christmas!! How scary is that?
Father’s Day is nearly here with under 2 weeks to go. Have you placed your orders yet? There are plenty of hampers on the page.
Need a custom order? I am more than happy to work with you to create your own individual one for your special dad, just give me a call or email.
Still need to buy dad a gift – take a peak at our selection below
I am so happy this year to be able to offer some brewskies in my dad hampers, courtesy of Brothers Brewing in Toowoomba coming on board.
Born and brewed in Toowoomba. Their mission is to reconnect people with good friends, good tastes, and good times. They supply beers to local venues and bottleshops, as well as their beautiful venue The Brewhouse at 183 Margaret Street Toowoomba.
Another new product I have ferreted out is some delicious rocky road and nougat from Like Mum Used to Make Handmade gourmet artisan foods including sweet, savory and condiments, all locally crafted in Emerald QLD. They are truly delicious and mouth-watering. These will be a staple in my hampers year-round now.
I have been very humbled of the late due to receiving not one, but two nominations for different business awards. One being the Ausmumpreneur Awards and the other the Toowoomba Chamber of Commerce Excellence Awards.
With the Ausmum I have been nominated for two individual awards, People’s Choice Making a Difference and Regional Business Excellence. I have already completed my nomination and been identified as a finalist, complete with interview, so now just must wait to see what happens! Fingers crossed.
I am still in the process of completing my application for the Chamber awards, a little more time consuming and complete with a 60second video!! I am NOT one who likes to talk about themself or push self-promotion so am finding this all very daunting. A little like writing a job application! Any way all good fun I think, and it is good to reflect back on what I have accomplished over the past 12 months, which includes writing these Blogs.
Well next time we talk Spring will be upon us! I can’t wait for a little warmer weather, even though I do like the Winter I am always happy to see Spring arrive – even if it’s just for making my garden and lawn look a little healthier as they have all taken a hammering this year with all the frosts we have had.
Take care and if you have any queries, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
